Storybeast directs Adrienne Young's Writing With the Soul Query Camp
This summer, my co-host and I have the honor of directing Query Camp, a workshop founded by NYT bestselling author, Adrienne Young. We love the Writing With the Soul community--it's how we met!--and are so happy we get to be a part of it's ongoing growth and positive impact on writers.
POV: You submit a tea magic book to RevPit, and an editor responds with...
"Oh. My. God. The VOICE. The ATMOSPHERE. The TENSION. I am dying for more. The only thing wrong here is that there are only 5 pages in this sample."

Storybeast podcast dives into Season 3!
What an immense privilege to be learning directly from some of our biggest author inspirations--think LEIGH BARDUGO, REBECCA ROSS, NISHA J. TULI, and more. Courtney and I met up this Christmas for her beautiful wedding and, of course, to plot behind the scenes for you. We can't wait to share some secret story magic we have coming your way.

Challenged myself to write 80k in 30days and produced: a twisted tale of tea magic featuring neurodivergent rep, a conflicted Admiral, a scrappy artist, and a vengeful inventress.
I had the honour of being invited by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Culture to a writing residency in A'lula. It was a dream experience, from visiting ancient tombs and meeting inspiring creatives, to working on exciting projects and collaborations.
